This project showcases my ability to act as a Solutions Architect and Program Builder, specifically in creating a cohesive, automated digital ecosystem for mission-driven growth. I redesigned and implemented an entire operational and digital foundation, directly leading to a 30% growth in online donations and a doubling of volunteer sign-ups.

The Challenge: Fragmentation Limiting Mission Impact

Northeast Canine needed a modern digital foundation to meet the rising demand for its service dog program. The organization's operational systems were fragmented, outdated, and overly reliant on a small team of volunteers - severely limiting both visibility and scalability.

My challenge was to move beyond simple website updates and implement a unified, modern framework that could manage the complexity of service dog applications, volunteer coordination, and fundraising, all while operating with minimal resources.

Executive Leadership and Program Management

My role as VP of the Board was crucial in facilitating and overseeing all program management for the organization. I led a comprehensive digital transformation, designing and building a new operational and digital infrastructure that connected every key touchpoint:I led the end-to-end transformation, acting as both the strategic architect for the new digital platform and the PMO builder for the internal client team.

• Systems Architecture & Integration: I replaced legacy systems with a modern framework designed for automation and efficiency. This involved implementing Monday.com for end-to-end program management, seamlessly linking it with Slack for real-time communication, and building the new Webflow website integrated with Stripe and Mailchimp.
• Operational Hub Creation: This work directly demonstrates my ability to build, link, and automate systems into a cohesive digital ecosystem that improved internal governance and operational speed across all organizational programs.
• Strategic Content Development: Beyond the technical build, I developed NEC’s storytelling and content strategy, launching campaigns that ensured the new platform not only functioned better but also converted more effectively.
