Northeast Canine needed a modern digital foundation to meet the rising demand for its service dog program. The organization's operational systems were fragmented, outdated, and overly reliant on a small team of volunteers - severely limiting both visibility and scalability.
My challenge was to move beyond simple website updates and implement a unified, modern framework that could manage the complexity of service dog applications, volunteer coordination, and fundraising, all while operating with minimal resources.
My role as VP of the Board was crucial in facilitating and overseeing all program management for the organization.
